    Pollen

Bee pollen is collected from a wide variety of wild flowering plants grown in agriculture, orchards and vegetable gardens. Flying from flower to flower, pollen adheres to bees, which they nimbly collect in baskets on their paws. The color, shape and size of pollen is different for each plant. Pollen contains protein, minerals, trace elements, organic acids and vitamins. The pollen also contains calcium, iron, sodium, aluminum, manganese, molybdenum, vitamins A, E, B1, B2, B6, B5 (PP), P, folic acid, biotin, B vitamins. The maximum dose of pollen for an adult 30 grams per day is two tablespoons. Accordingly, the children's dose is less - one or two teaspoons per day, depending on age. The pollen can be consumed by people with diabetes mellitus. Pollen gives energy, especially to those people who have a long-term moral stress at work. It is best to take pollen one hour or 30 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Those with allergies should be very careful with pollen.

Returning to the hive, the bees transfer the collected pollen into combs, mix it with bee saliva and tamp it tightly with their heads. Bees fill the cell 2/3 of its depth, add a little honey and seal the cell with wax. Further, in the milk fermentation process, the cell is fermented. Bee bread contains almost the same nutrients as pollen - vitamins, minerals.
