Return or replacement of goods

Return of goods is possible if it is damaged, if glass or plastic packaging is damaged. If the package is not damaged, but the package of the parcel is damaged or deformed, the parcel cannot be exchanged.

In the event that at the time of exchange there is no similar product on sale, the Buyer has the right:

• purchase any other product from the available range at the appropriate price;
• terminate the contract and get back the money paid for the returned goods;
• change the product to a similar one as soon as the product goes on sale.

If you decide to return the product, you must do it within seven days.
