Forest flower honey

Forest flower honey, or polyfloral honey, is most often collected from forest or meadow flowers. Its color can be from yellow in early summer to brown in late summer. This honey is very aromatic, contains a lot of vitamins B and C. It is used to treat the upper respiratory tract.
